Dear Senator Marco Rubio

I'm sorry Senator Rubio but I don't trust the people you have been keeping company with recently. Why should I believe that passing a new law is going to make a difference and fix our broken immigration system? The government has not been enforcing the current laws so I don't believe it when you or anyone else in the government says that "this new law" will fix the problem.

There have been too many lies for many Americans to trust that the perpetually reelected Senators McCain, Chuck Schumer, and the other members of the gang of eight are really interested in fixing the problem. Too many lies have poisoned the well. I understand why you want to fix the nation's immigration problem by working with other Senators, but many of the people who put you there don't want to see your reputation soiled by the people who have betrayed us for so long.

To enter into an honest negotiation you must be able to trust everyone on both sides of the table. Sir I believe you have fallen in with a pack of thieves, liars, and cutthroats. Please don't think that you can expect support from me or any other conservative by falling into a trap that will only weaken the nation. It does no good to say that a new law will close the border when the current law requires the same thing. There is no will on Capital Hill or at the White House to fix the problem. Selling out in hopes that somehow this time it will work is a pipe dream. We need honest brokers in government who will stand up for the law.

I feel that you have been used to so that your name will sway the vote, due to the support you received from the Tea Party. That support for you could disappear and the hopes of many patriotic American will be damaged.

Please sir don't betray our trust in you. Be an honest broker of our trust and don't allow your name to be used to support another bill that will give the government cover. We must control our borders and protect our nation, But until we are able to find more honorable people who will actually protect the nation this is an issue that will not be settled.

I know that you feel that you can make it where the law will be carried out as intended. But if history tells us anything, it tells us that those who enforce the law will only go as far I they are required. In the case to the current administration, I have no doubt that they will ignore in the same manner as the past administrations. Don't make a rookie mistake that will cost you and the nation more than we can afford. So sir please reconsider your support of the "immigration reform" legislation.

Comprehensive Immigration Reform and The President

Today I witnessed the results of electing a President that was educated outside of the US. Well that is the only good reason I can think of for the creative American history that he tried to write. I guess rewrite would be more appropriate. This has the be the reason that Mr. Obama understanding of the history of the Statue of Liberty is so wrong. His lame attempt to connect immigration to the illegal aliens was very transparent. But I fear that a lot of Americans will believe him since they don’t know the true history of our country.

I don’t know if the mistake was his or his speech writer, but someone did not do a fact check. What did they use to research the information on the Statue of Liberty? Or did they just wing it? Almost everything that he said was wrong. He did even get the inscription correct.

Once again the President of the United States talks in circles to try and confuse the issues concerning a foreign invasion of this country. By continuing to refuse to use the legal term of illegal alien he attempts to equate legal immigration with illegal actions. There is a huge difference between those who have gone through the proper channels and those who overstayed their visas or slipped across the borders.

But in a lot of ways this is not the real problem. The problem is a lack of trust in our leadership. The American people understand that the agenda of those in power has nothing to do with the laws of this nation or immigration. It is about power. We don’t have as much of an immigration problem as a leadership problem. There is a contradiction of what we are told and their actions. The President said that it is impossible to enforce the law. Would it not be more correct to say that he is not capable to enforce the law? He may just be unwilling.

AG Holder Acting Stupidly

It became clear this week that the chief law enforcement officer of the United States has a problem with the law. The man sworn in as the 82nd Attorney General of this country, who's job is suppose to be the enforcement of the laws, seems to not care about the law. For years illegal aliens have systematically been invading our country. This is not his fault. Administrations have failed to secure our borders for many years. He as have other Attorney Generals, inherited the problem. But this is no excuse for him or his predecessor. American citizens have repeatedly been promised that this problem would be fixed.

With the Federal government unwilling or unable to act the state of Arizona passed a law that ordered its law enforcement agents to enforce the law. Just to make sure that there was no issues with some of the language in the law it was amended. Apparently this was a novel idea for many in the Federal government. Members of Congress, the President, and his administration, including the AG proceed to make speeches and toured the talk show circuit and spout distortions of the AZ law. to many, including myself, it seems that they were trying to insight violence. This coming from a person who is suppose to keep the peace. But much of what they've said was inaccurate, misleading, or just plain lies. These blatant attacks and open campaign to discredit the law enforcement officers and the government of Arizona is a disgrace and should never have been carried out by someone in the US government.

Now after all of the attacks which can be seen to feed the fire of the riots across the nation, it is now known that AG Holder has not read the AZ law. Around 2:45 in the linked video Attorney General Holder makes this admission. He says that section 287g is constitutional and basically the Arizona law is just an extension of that program. If you watch the entire video, you will hear many things that are just not true. The AZ law is not taken affect and any claims that it is being enforced must be backed up.

He said that this is a national issue, but I feel that this is a national disgrace. The Attorney General's job is to prosecute not persecute. But he has repeatedly made claims that he could not back up with facts. He also said that he had not been briefed. Since this is true, then why was he speaking out against something that he was completely ignorant of its contents. He said that he has made no conclusions, but he has spoken out against it. His boss, the President, has made inflammatory remarks that are factually incorrect.

I challenge Rep. Judy Chu to present evidence of her charges of Arizona violating the rights of anyone in the enforcement of a bill that has not become law. The types of remarks that she has made is yet another attack on law enforcement officers. How can our so called leaders expect to rule when they openly attack those who have been given the responsibility of maintaining order. These continued attacks are foolish and should end. This failure of the administration to defend the sovereignty of the country and the lives of those that they are sworn to protect undermines our system of law.

This episode has tainted the AG by politicizes the Department of Justice. He and our leaders have failed their primary duty to this country. We must return to the rule of law. We must defend our country and expect our law enforcement agencies to work together and honor their commitments. It seems obvious that by taking his stand and fueling the lawless rhetoric he is unwilling to carry out his duties. The government's stand on this foreign occupation, shows that our leaders have no desire to protect us. If the current AG is unable to fulfill his duties then he should be replaced with someone who will protect our country.

L.A. Teacher Calls for Mexican Revolt in the U.S.

A revolt is brewing and it is not from the TEA Party. It is coming from those who have invaded our country. Watch this video and see what a school teacher in Los Angles is saying. If you love the US then please act. We have Agents from foreign governments stirring up revolt in our country. Our leaders are sitting on their hands and refuse to enforce the law while demonizing anyone who ask for law and order. Not only do they refuse to enforce the law they are working to give people who have are disrespectful of our country. We must stand up for our rights to live in a free country and take control of our destiny. It is time to root out those who calling for violent revolution. It is time to demand that the laws be enforced. We were once a nation of laws. But now our leaders create exclusions for themselves and have created special protected groups. This must end. We must unite to save our liberties. This has nothing to do with race, it has everything to do with the rule of law.

Comprehensive Immigration Reform

For those of you who had not been born or may have forgotten, there was an amnesty program in the 80's for Illegal Aliens. The American people were assured at that time that if the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 passed it would end the problem of people entering the country illegally, due to the enforcement that was included. That was the control part of the law. The law made it illegal to knowingly hire or recruit illegal aliens, just as we are being promised that the same provision will be in the new law. It has been proven over and over again that when there is no will, then there will be no action. So here we are again almost 25 years later with an illegal alien problem. We are hearing promises of new enforcement in the future to control illegal entry. Of course that is only after we reward all of those who broke our immigration laws and illegally enter our country with a "path to citizenship." Same old song, just new singers.

So we are now suppose to believe that "this time" the government will somehow gain the courage to actually stand up to the Illegal Alien population in this country. We can not coward away from these violent thugs that are marching in the streets demanding to get their way. The violence seen in Phoenix, after that state decided to stand up and protect their citizens, must be stopped now. We can not allow lawless mobs of rioters to govern the nation. We can not sit back and accept more lies from our leaders. We that know what happened in Arizona should be asking the media why they are ignoring the violence.

The current reform sounds good on paper, but we must remember the past. If they are unwilling to enforce the laws now: Then how can we believe that they will grow a spine and enforce them in the future. My level of trust is not that high. I hear nothing but lies. Don't be fooled again. If there was no will to enforce the law then; Why should be expect any now? Promises don't solve anything. Promises kept are the only thing that matters. I don't believe promises when past actions tell me otherwise.

Since the passage of the 1986 law, those who were given amnesty have become very vocal advocates for another amnesty program. They want to bring their friends and family into the country and yet others want to reclaim the Southwestern United States for Mexico. These are truly enemies of the state. Yet others just want to bring more illegals into the country to create an even larger advocacy group. I'm sure there are other reasons, but these reasons should be enough to make any loyal citizen stop in their tracks and demand that this action be stopped.
