Raucus Caucus Faucus

Could any political party have a more desperately disaster of a week? In a blog post from July of 2018, “The Straw That Broke The Donkey’s Back,” I wondered about the lack of leadership of the Democrat Party. In that case it was the outlawing of straws that seemed to be not well thought out. It appears that they are no long playing the long game.

The current leadership has shown none of the of gamesmanship of the former Democrat Party Leaders. Today the current leaders appear to be so closely tied into what the appearance of political corruption that they are running scare. To be fair the leadership has never faced the one of a kind President Donald J. Trump. I respected Ronald Reagan. However I feel he was too trusting of his political opposition. He expected them to follow through on their commitments. But anyone who lived through those year know that they did not honor their word. From their constant attacks upon him and such betrayals as the 1986 Immigration Reform and Control Act after which the Congress failed to fund enforcement of the border control provisions.

Nevertheless, George H. W. Bush, in an effort to be “liked”, undid most of the tax and spending reforms championed by his predicator. Which made him a one term president. That has been the problem with the GOP presidents with their relations with the media and the Democrat Party. The Democrats can say whatever they wish, no matter how inflammatory about any Republican, and the Maxis Media (MXM) reinforces the narrative. However, whenever a Republican defends themselves the MXM dutifully attacks them as if they have no right to self-defense. That has changed and the many on the media and the Progressives are lost on how to take back the narrative.

With the change in the political climate the Progressives have opened themselves up to the radical Socialist and Communist. People like AOC are power hungry and don’t seem to care how they obtain it. Even the longtime fan of Communism and Independent, Bernie Sanders has gained a strong foothold amongst their ranks.

I have no doubt that the Democrats will do everything that they can to keep a person who refuses to join the party to run under their banner. However they were shamed into modifying their (very un-democratic) super delegate process after the 2016 nomination fiasco. Contrary to what they claim the actual process puts control of the nomination into the hands of a group of party leaders that can by fiat select the party’s candidate. This is how they excluded the non-party member from running as a Democrat in 2016.

This is where I think things get interesting. A party that claims to hate the Electoral College uses a process that, to some extent, resembles it. By not making the process directly tied to the popular vote they betray the basic rules of democracy. In this case, it is more about control by a select group as compared to allowing more equity based upon the will of the states as a whole. They like the control that the super delegate process because it gives the leaders of the party a veto. I am very sure that they would love the Electoral College if they could control it. This is the very definition of tyrannical rule. Rule by the few over the will of the governed.

Well this week the Democrats had their first caucus of the 2020 Presidential Election Year and there are a lot of question about why it is taking so long to determine the results. There is a lot of speculation that the results have been held up due to Mr. Sanders was winning. That is almost certainly true due to some interesting results that were release, which showed Mayor Pete winning the most delegates, while Sanders received the most votes. As I write this writing, the head of the party is calling for an immediate “recanvass” of the botched Iowa caucus. To me this raises the specter of more funny business. Even the MXM cannot fully cover up this disaster.

One of my best guesses, and there is other speculating on this, is that the Democrats want to abandon Iowa and most of the rest of the nation in the heartland of the country, that they are unable to control. The leaders of the party seem to be more in favor of letting New York, Illinois, California, and the large Metropolitan areas select their candidate and the winner of the election. They are working hard to do anything to enforce their rule upon the nation and defy the will of the people across the nation. I would also speculate that the totalitarian Communists and Socialist in the party that are pushing this so that they can obtain that power they crave.

Therefore, after this week, the GOP is in a very strong position. The Impeachment fiasco and the implosion of the Democrat’s Caucus in Iowa left the Progressives wounded. However, this is not the time to drop our guard. The Democrats have shown me that they are the sworn enemies of our freedoms and the Constitution as a whole. As they continue to embrace totalitarian Communism I will continue to dedicate myself to defeating them. Until a party emerges that will work to protect our freedoms and the health of the nation as a whole I will do what I can to defeat them. The Democrats are selling snake oil and only helping those who help them.

Today is the day for all freedom loving Americans to fight against those who will overthrow our government and hand our lives to the Globalist who dream of a perfect world. There idea of a perfect world is them in complete control. They claimed that they were protecting the Constitution while ripping it up even more than what the Speaker of the House did to the State of the Union speech.
