Wikileaks
Well the fine people at Wikileaks have released more confidential government documents. It seems that there was a day when such things were considered a crime and the government actually took actions to stop such things. Of course that was a day when the President and his cabinet respected their oath of office, didn’t consider the American people as enemies, and actually possessed a set of balls. But today we see whining. The Attorney General is more interested in suing states and tracking down web sites that are pirating movies then really enforcing the laws that would protect the nation.

The military has a proud tradition of the 21 gun salute. I wonder if they will honor the solider that leaked these documents with at least a 5 gun salute…with a blindfold and last cigarette. Of course the Obama administration is more likely to threaten to hold their breath until Wikileak promises to stop leaking.

Willie Nelson
I hear that Willie Nelson has been busted for possession of marijuana. Is there anyone that didn’t know that Willie smoked pot? In the immortal words of Captain Renault (Claude Raines) in Casablanca: “Gambling in Casablanca, I’m shocked, shocked I tell you!”

More Lame Duck Madness
OK, so Dirty Harry Reid said after the election that the Senate will take up DADT, the Obama Tax Increase, The DREAM Act, and a few other things that were not even brought up for a vote before the election. Such things as a budget might be something that would be a priority, but what is he taking about? The “Safe Food Act” which will turn even more of our food production over to the large factory farms.

It seems to me that the biggest danger to the safety to the food supply is the consolidation of food production. When your food production is consolidated you have such things as the egg scare where eggs across the nation had to be recalled because one producer messed up. With more small producers fewer people would be affected by such things. But when the politicians are more concerned with taking care of large businesses and political donators then the actual health of the American people, such things happen. Of course if they really cared about the nation we would not be in the shape we are in today.

TSA
Well I’ve given the whole TSA disaster a lot of thought. There are those who say that the new system is required to keep us safe. There are those who say that you give up your Constitutional Rights when you purchase your plane ticket. Well this whole affair seems to be another sign of weakness. Now that the TSA is going to have new bosses from the AFL-CIO it should get even more interesting. The one thing that I really would like to know about the pat down: Shouldn’t they have to buy you a dinner or at least a drink before they feel you up?

Irrational Thinking

Tuesday night I just could not resist watching the O’Reilly Factor to see the interview with Whoopi Goldberg*. Something she said triggered an old memory. When she was asked about a poll on the public’s response to the Ground Zero Mosque, she said that she did not believe it. She also refused to believe that there are far more attacks on Jewish people in the US than Muslims. In both cases it seems that her personal views override her willingness to ever consider that what she believes may be wrong. Some may call it arrogant. But I think it goes deeper than that; I believe it is irrational.

In this video she states that the Japanese did not attack the US at Pearl Harbor. I think the point that she was trying to make was that all Japanese people were not responsible for the attack on Pearl Harbor. That would connect to the idea that the US is not at war with all Muslims. The problem with her thinking is that the Nation of Japan attacked the US. The Second World War was not a fist fight between FDR, Adolf Hitler, and Emperor Hirohito.

Like too many Liberals Ms. Goldberg seems to forget about the war crimes committed by the Japanese Army in Korea and China. The Nation of Japan was building an Empire and was ruthless in their pursuit of growing it. Unlike WW2 the current war with radical Islamist we are fighting an enemy that crosses ethnic lines. Yes, the 911 attackers were Arab, but since then this is not the case. The driving force is a religious ideology. Of course there was a religious ideology. The use of the Shinto religion to appeal to the warrior’s loyalty was the reason behind the willingness of so many solders to sacrifice themselves for their country. The use of national pride and religious beliefs have been major forces in battle since the start of organized warfare.

When I heard this interview, I thought of a “person in the street” interview from several years ago. A person was asked about some government statistics. Her answer was: “That can’t be true, because I don’t believe it.” Now this may be an antidotal example, but it is another example of defective thought processes. It is a shame that more people don’t understand logic and are unable to think critically. It seems that most people live their lives and only believe what they chose to believe. This is a dangerous philosophy of life. I would be like walking down the train tracks and saying: That train can’t harm me, since I don’t believe in trains.

Our nation has too many people who seem irrational. I know a person who is a Demcrat, a Progressive Socialist, a member of SDS, believes that George W. Bush stole not just the first, but the second election, and hates all Republicans. . We’ve discussed the 2000 and 2004 before and this person can not talk about it without going into near hysterics. I’ve actually seen this person stick their fingers in their ears whenever facts are presented that challenges their ideas. This person is a “respected” College Professor.

This type of irrational thought extends to the leadership of the Democratic Party. With the largest lose of seats by a single party in over 50 years the Democrat’s not only kept their same leadership, but seem to completely misread the reason behind their lose. They still think that the reason is simply because they did not explain themselves enough. They are sure that their policies of class warfare, political corruption, unsustainable spending, and tax manipulation are the best policies for the nation. They seem to be so sure that they know better than everyone else that their answers are the only ones. I guess spending so much time in Washington has left them so out of touch that they are unable to thing rationally.

This extends to the Administrative Branch. There are the instances of the DOJ not enforcing voter rights laws while legally attacking the State of Arizona on immigration. The support for The Dream Act that will backdoor amnesty for illegal aliens while the majority of American opposes it is another. Of course what rational person who is serving as President of The United States refer to the citizens as “the enemy” while speaking on a program that targets foreign nationals who are invading our nation.

I can see no other answer to these events. This is a dangerous time for this nation. With so many people in respected and positions of power who are showing signs that they are not able to think logically, how can we expect to succeed as a people or nation?



* Disclosure: I was once involved with a Whoopi Goldberg project. I was paid for the work that I originally preformed, which I donated to charity. Ms. Goldberg took it upon herself to change the rules in the middle of the game and refused to follow through with a promised reward for additional work preformed. Thoughts for Thursday 11-25-10

$19,000,000,000.00

This week a Democrat Senator came out against banning “earmarks” because she said: Earmarks account for only about $19 Billion. She said that eliminating them would not have any affect on the deficit. So $19,000,000,000.00 apparently is not a lot of money. Is there anyone out there that lives in the real world that thinks that $19,000,000,000.00 is not a lot of money? Is there anyone out there that lives in the real world who doesn’t understand why we have a spending problem in Washington, DC? OK there are those who think that the money grows on trees or that we can just take it away from the "rich." Of course those people may be depending on winning the lottery so they can retire.

Just in case you are reading this and you don’t understand. You have a much better chance of being hit by lighting then winning the lottery. Also many more people play the lotteries once the jackpot passes $100,000,000.00. So by winning a $100 Million jackpot 190 times would equal that $19 Billion that would not make a dent in the deficit. So do you still wonder why we have a spending problem in Washington?

Korea

I believe that North Korea once again is attempting to bait the South into attacking. Now that the North has nuclear weapons I think that they now feel invulnerable. With the anticipated change in leadership they may be trying to cement support for the new leader by egging on an attack. They control all media in the country, so they can say that any attack was unprovoked and paint the new leader as a hero. The scariest thing about what I believe is the length to which they will go to provoke an attack. North Korea is mostly mountainous. From the bombing on Nagasaki Japan it was learned that nuclear weapon blast are deflected by mountains. I would be willing to say that the leaders of North Korea are well aware of this fact. Of course as most Communist nations, they really don’t care about their citizens.

Lame Duck Update

It is amazing how many “emergency” bill that have been laying around for months suddenly need to be passed. Considering that the Democrats have controlled Congress for 4 years (yes four years) and both branches for 2 years, how many things that are the primary job of Congress where never even brought up for a vote. Things like a budget, the START Treaty, and the Obama Tax Increases. While they have been looting the treasury, paid off political allies, bailed out union pension plans, taking over major segments of the economy, working to nationalize the Heath Care System, and other Fascist policies, they ignored their oath of office while playing fiddles while the country burned. (Benito Mussolini would be proud.)

It appears that they want to blame it all upon the Republican Party. I hope that the majority of Americans are paying enough attention to understand how the two parties have played this us against one another. The two dimensional thinking of our politicians seems to make them think that everyone is either a D or an R and we all walk in lockstep with one party. It just shows how intellectually lazy many of our elected officials are when it comes to understanding the complexities of the people who put them in office.

I do believe that many of the elected Republicans are beginning to understand that the game has changed. If the leaders of the Democrats don’t begin to get a clue they may find themselves in the same category as the WHIG Party. But if they are correct. Then the nation could find itself in the ranks of such other countries as the Soviet Union.

The Obama Tax Increases

Congress talks a lot about helping the middle class. But when it comes down to it, they are more interested in Class warfare. Instead of making sure that there is no tax increase in a little over a month, they continue to bash the so called rich. Once again they rather have an issues then an answer. It is clearer to me everyday that their agenda is to “spread the wealth around” by putting the entire country into poverty. They see that as being fair. If they can get everyone in the US to the same standard of living as say Nigeria then the country will be fair. By bankrupting the country and increasing the ranks of the poor they believe that equity will be obtained.

So with continued uncertainty and ever increasing expenses being put upon those who create jobs they can finally finish what the Progressives and FDR created and make it permanent. You remember The Great Depression?” If you look at the policies of today’s Progressives and those of the FDR administration they are the same.

A TSA Diversion?

I'm not really sure what to make of the changes to the security scans by the TSA. I still believe that the TSA should have never been created. Turning the security of the airports to a Federal agency is not a recipe for success. The current system is a major security risk to travelers. There is too much communications of details that should never be made public. The primary principle of security is secrecy. But then again there has not been enough communication to prepare the traveling public of the basic reasons for these changes.

To try and explain my point of view, consider the disaster that is known as “Black Hawk Down.” The first President Bush order solders into Somalia to distribute food to a starving public. When President Clinton entered office, he expanded that mission. He attempted to overthrow the local warlords. In doing this they made a large number of vertical insertions of troops. They followed the same plan every time. The locals soon learned the pattern and set up an ambush. This was a case where the commanders on the field underestimated the enemy. Many consider this to be that first open warfare was waged on al Qaida.

There is something that the government should learn from this episode. We still face the same enemy and yet we are still telegraphing our every move to the enemy. Personally I believe that the Obama Administration doesn’t see the TSA as more then another way to grow the size of government and pay off the debt they own to labor unions. They are now planning on unionizing TSA. This would once again turn over too much power to union organizers who freely admit to their Marxist beliefs. Why would we continue to allow government worker to support organizations that openly admit to wanting to destroy our form of government and social mores.

This whole episode of these aggressive pat-downs makes me wonder about possible ulterior motives. If you’ve read my blog you should know that I don’t trust our commander and chief. His past actions have done nothing to give me any confidence in his abilities or that his belief system is in sync with the vast majority of Americans. I really don’t believe that he has any good intentions toward the average person and only wants to move us into poverty. That is the ultimate destination of all Socialist systems.

So here we are with one of the largest holidays of the year just a few days away and the TSA suddenly starts acting like Gestapo agents. With the Democrat controlled government doing everything that they could to convince the American people that there was no terrorist threat. They and their lapdog media have downplayed the threat every time that there has been an attack on this country. They stopped calling them terrorist attack, instead the phrase “manmade disaster.” After the Fort Hood attack they tried to say that it had nothing to do with Islamic Terrorism. They tried to blame the “Time Square” attempted bombing on domestic terrorist. With this attitude, it seems only normal that the traveling public does not understand the sudden change.

Once again the government has shown a total incompetence. They are underestimating our enemies. They are telegraphing our every move to our enemies and not communicating the dangers to the people. We have a government that does not respect the people of the country. This arrogance of power puts our nation in mortal danger and they have no idea of how to protect us. My other fear is that they have no desire to really protect us. I have to go back to the President defining the American people as enemies. This makes me wonder if he is working against the country to provide support to our enemies.

Of course this could be just a giant smoke screen to cover up another power grab by the Administration. Could they be using the uproar in a hope that the news media will fill the air with this story? Could it be that he is preparing another round of appointments while Congress is on vacation? At such a time of distraction it would be easy enough for him to appoint more of his radical Communist friends to very powerful offices. It would not surprise me that he would take advantage of this “crisis” to grab more power before the Congress changes hands. He learned well from his former Chief of Staff. We must keep our eyes on the other hand. Too much power has been moved into the hands of unelected, unaccountable, unionized government bureaucrats that can not be fired. To save our nation we must be vigilant.

Restoring Civility

There is a threat to our society that is greater than any other. It surpasses the minor disagreements that most people focus on everyday. Over the last few months there have been three rallies in Washington, DC. The first was The Restoring Honor Rally sponsored by Glenn Beck. This called to the average American to come together and unite under a common banner of hope, honor, and charity. Anyone looking at this event should have seen a message that crossed political lines. Much of the critics showed a vial hatred that had nothing to do with the actual rally, but a lot to do with their own twisted view.

On October the second the Progressives lead by The President’s Organizing for America, The Socialist Party of the US, The US Communist Party, and various labor unions, held a disgraceful show of disrespect and hate at the Lincoln Memorial. The difference in the aftermath of these two rallies showed two very distinctive ideologies. The first group left an almost pristine environment, while the second left piles of litter. The first group showed love and respect, while the latter showed an entitlement attitude.

I consider both of these rallies to be successful. They demonstrated the differences between the people who love this country and those who hate. It is easy to see that those who live to take away from others should not be trusted. Comparing words to actions shows that what they say about the environment vs. how they treat it is far more telling. These are people who are willing to take from the producers because they refuse to do for themselves. These are the people who think that money is never ending and have no idea what hard work and pride is about. Many are just misled and one day may understand how important hope, honor, and charity are to their own happiness. But if they get what they want today, they will never have the chance to see the truth of what they are attempting to destroy.

The third rally was a staged event sponsored by Viacom with additional help from The Huffington Post called the Restoring Sanity. It was anything but sane. It provided a national stage to celebrate the insanity of his audience. This event had a large turn out, but most of those who attended readily admitted to their own ignorance. Their primary source of the “news,” as they freely seem proud to say was a comedy show that makes ups the stories. This group of “useful idiot” presented a sad example of the dangers that face our fight to save our freedoms. Their willingness to follow anyone who says what they want to hear, not what they need to hear does not speak well for our nation. Are these the Americans who the Progressive Bill Maher continues to call stupid? I have to assume that it is, since definition of ignorance is the absence of knowledge and stupidity is not knowing and not wanting to know,. These are the same type of people who follows him so I have to guess that he is talking about his audience. He always seems to get applause when he says it.

The one thing that I at first though, when I saw the Jon Stewart interview with Rachel Maddow, was that he finally saw enough of his audience that he began to understand the damage he is doing to the nation. But I guess he is putting his career ahead of the country. He seemed much more subdued and even seemed to defend the Tea Party. But I’m not willing to say that he is willing to publicly admit that his antics have gone too far. He and Bill Maher are both clowns and too many people take them serious.

I believe we must restore honor and sanity in this country, but before this can occur there is something that much more important. We must restore civility. It is impossible to have civilization without a civil population. It is true that not everyone in any group is civil, but the only way to maintain order is for a majority to be civil. This has nothing to do the social order and everything to do with maintaining order. Without the ability to respect each other freedom is impossible.

Slowly our liberties slip away as more and more people in this nation have no respect for the feelings of others. The use of crude and vulgar language has become common and too many people accept it as normal. Hollywood has for too many years put their profits above everything else. They have abused their freedoms and created an atmosphere of disrespect and incivility. When anyone speaks against this abuse they claim that their rights are being violated. But this attack on the civil order will end the liberties that they claim they are protecting.
We must show and teach our children to respect others. We must once stop accepting the personal attacks. We must stop accepting the lies that are called spin. We must turn away from those who define people that tell the truth as liars when they present facts we don’t want to hear. We must return to a day when we respected those who sacrificed for the nation, not those who are attempting to tear it down. We must no longer think that we must tolerate the things that we know are wrong.

If we want to preserve and regain the freedoms once enjoyed in this nation, we must restore civility and save our civilization. Without it the nation will continue to decline and all of our freedoms will be gone, never to return.

Terrorist 1, US 0

Well this week it seems the government came close to their goal of setting a terrorist free. I know that the AG promised the American people an execution, but with his track record of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory you have to wonder about their true goals. These are the people who want us to believe that they are totally committed to the protection of the American people while condoning voter intimidation. The President, while doing an interview targeted at Foreign Nationals, declared that the American people were enemies. His Administration has sued the State of Arizona to protect those Foreign Nationals who continue to invade our country with little fear.

So why should this prosecution of a person, arrested on a battlefield by soldier not police officers, face trial in a civilian court? This whole idea says to me that they expected him to be released. Why else would an officer of the court and the top prosecutor of the United States attempt to poison the jury pool by declaring that he would be executed before his trial? In civilian court there is this thing known as “innocent until proven guilty.” But it appears that the Department of Justice has become a political tool of the Democrat Party and the Obama Administration. The idea of equal justice for all must be restored to the citizens of this country and our rights do not extend to non-citizens and terrorist.

Ben Bernanke Captains QE2 Forward

Captain Bernanke defended the monetizing of the debt this week. It seems that the idea is to lower the value of the dollar to lower interest rates. Since interest rates are near zero you need to understand that it is not the interest rate that they are lowering. It is the effective rate. That means that as they lower the value of the dollar it is easier to repay our foreign debt, since the exchange rate changes. No matter how they paint this action, it will inflate the cost of all imports. It will cause a trade war if they continue it. It will lower the standard of living for all Americans and damage the entire world.

Instead of admitting that we must reduce spending and institute rational tax policies, the Democrats are only interested in class warfare and crashing the American economy. They continue policies that history has shown are suicide for a nation. They seem to think that they are smarter and can somehow repeat the mistakes of the past and get another outcome. That is the clinical definition of insanity. But steaming full speed ahead through a field of icebergs is not a sane act. At least the Titanic attempted turn away not ignore the iceberg, while assuming that they can go through it with no damage.

Strange behavior for the Democrats?

In a triumphant return to Washington the Democrat party celebrated their amazing victory on Election Day. It now appears that Nancy “Leader for Life” Pelosi received her reward for leading her party to a stunning turnaround for the Progressives in Congress. By purging their ranks of non-believers they can now use their super majority… Well they can use their unity to… Well they can use their time tested ideas to… But with their overwhelming support from the American people… Anyway they showed that they listened and now understand… OK it may be possible that they didn’t learn anything from the mid-term election. The next Congress will be very interesting. I wonder if they will be able to stop all of the bills from passing the house like they claimed the last minority party seemed to be able to do.

I think it is amazing that the former Speaker will continue to serve in a leadership position with no apparent lose of stature due to the historic loses that her party suffered. I have to assume that something occurred during that super secret “party” held before her election to Minority Leader. It must have been an interesting party. I’m thinking naked and other compromising pictures were threatened. Of course I wasn’t there, but what else would have caused her fellow elected representatives to make such an unexplainable decision. Of course they have a plan. I’m interested to see what it is, but with the lack of morals and loyalty to the country that have been shown during their rule, I fear it will be bad for the nation.

I wonder if Nancy will take another victory lap around the Capital Building? With her giant gavel of course.

Icebergs and the QE2

This week the Treasury announced QE2. Now it seems that the Fed Chair or the Secretary of the Treasury swore under oath to Congress that they would not monetize the debt, but it seems that they found another answer. They are going to perform a Quantified Easing. Since this is apparently the second one, it is being called QE2. I don’t remember hearing an announcement of when QE1 occurred, but I think that it must have occurred in the last 2 years.

Of course my first thought when I heard QE2 was the luxury liner. Which reminded me of the story of the famous maiden voyage of the Titanic, steaming full speed ahead crossing the North Atlantic with no thought of the disaster for which they were headed, came to mind. It is very clear that no one in the current Administration understands the path that they have set us upon. At least I hope that they are just ignorant, but it seems that it is becoming clear that they understand that this is a path of total destruction for the nation.

To see what happens when a country monetizes their debt, just look at Zimbabwe. It could be that our brain trust in Washington, really believe that they can borrow and spend our way out of debt through hyper-inflation. They’ve already shown that they are more then willing to screw bond and stockholders. But they need to realize that screwing over the Chinese is not going to be as easy as it was to give the General Motor’s bond and stockholders the boot. For one thing the Chinese have a very large army. Setting the army aside for a minute, there is also the fact that many of the manufactured good that we depend upon are now made in China. If Washington really thinks that we can buy back the bonds they are holding with a pile of Monopoly money, they might really need to reconsider such a course of action. Of course hyper-inflation will destroy the lives of millions of Americans. So do you really think that the Democrats are looking out for the average citizen? Well they often say that they are looking out for the poor. If they continue on this path they will be looking out for all of us.

Now you may be asking: What is a Quantified Easing? Well it is when the treasury prints money and then buys US Treasury Bonds. To the novice this may sound a lot like “monetizing the debt” and you would be correct, their just calling it a “Quantified Easing.” So really what is the difference? Well if it were me or you I would say 5 to 10 year in prison for lying to Congress.

Power and Privilege

Lisa Murkowski

A now disgraced former Presidential candidate based his failed election campaign on the idea of two Americas. Well I’ve believed that he was partially correct for awhile. I just don’t agree with his definition. Yes there are two Americas, the one for Americans and the other is the self proclaimed American Elite. To be more precise; us and the ruling class. In the case of Joe Miller and Markowski: I wonder how the votes would be counted if the tables were turned? If the challenger to the party elites was last name was Murcowski would they not be demanding that the letter of the law be followed. But with it the other way around the law doesn’t seem to be that important. According to the law, spelling counts, but when you are fighting the Markcowski dynasty it seems that power and privilege count more then the law.

Are we not still a nation of laws not men? Now I know that Merkawsky is a woman, but the point remains. What is more important, the law or the long term power structure of the elitist? Do we no longer respect the law in this country? If so how do we maintain a society that put privileges of personal power above the protection of the whole? Why is equal justice no longer considered to be fair? When as a society we no longer respect equal justice we have justice based upon status, not reality. If we no longer strive to protect all citizens equally, then the idea of freedom is lost. Social Justice is not Equal Justice. It sets up a system of judgment based upon power, not equality.

Now don’t get me wrong. I really believe that there should not be a literacy test to vote. I really believe that no legal voter should be discriminated against and all valid votes must be counted. The people of Alaska have the right to decide who represents them in Congress and that process should not be interfered with by outsiders. But if a state has been corrupted, then it is the responsibility of the other citizens of the nation to assist them. The Federal government’s primary job is to protect its citizen. There is a fine line between interfering and protecting. But it is interesting to see how a law’s meaning is ignored or interpreted to meet the goals of the ruling elite. The idea that the law means one thing for the ruling class and something different for the rest of the nation flies in the face of justice.

But for year the ruling elite has set itself above those who they think that they were born to rule. We see that attitude in Alaska. Look how Sarah Palin was attacked. She became Governor of Alaska with a mission to clean up the state's politics. She gained national recognition and the ruling elite has worked since that day to destroy her. It is not enough to just discredit a person, they feel that they must destroy them. Her decision to step down from office was for the good of the state. She decided that it was better for the state to walk away and allow the state to be governed. If she would've stayed in office the rest of her term would've been spent fighting off the unfounded attacks of both political parties. Like a scene from Star Wars, it appears that by striking her down they made her more powerful then they could've ever imaged. Her enemies gave her the time and the podium to become a real national political force.

With the birth of the New American Awakening (Tea Party) in which more and more Americans are becoming involved in politics these "ruling elites" should be very concerned about their power base. As we become aware of the generational theft, unconstitutional grasp of power, and unchecked arrogance it is time to reel in the out of control government. It is time for sanity to return to Washington and to prove to those who think that they are entitled to power and privilege that their ideas have failed and are not what this nation needs for the future. In the end can we really trust those who will do anything to preserve their power and privilege. Will they do the right thing when it comes down to the freedoms and safety of those who have given them that trust?

1. Well after a nail biting 2 days the Marxist Socialist National Broadcasting Commune (MSNBC) reinstated Keith Olbermann. I guess that someone realized that MSNBC ethics is an oxymoron. It could actually be that the president of MSNBC was only mad that there is a money trail. After all MSNBC is nothing more than the mouthpiece of the DNC. For a Democrat to take money from anyone at MSNBC might be considered double dipping. Of course this is the network who had an open argument over who was more liberal. I can only believe that Mr. O’Donnell may be concerned about the Comcast purchase of NBC and is sending out feelers for a job at the White House. But anyone being surprised by this admission must mean that they have not been paying attention.

2. Sunday Night President Obama appeared on 60 Minutes. I understand when he says that voters are upset by the shape of the economy. Once again he shows that he is listening to the polls and pundits but not to the people. The Democrats are continuing to ignore the will of the American people at their own risk. They can’t get past the idea that they have all the answers and the people they are suppose to serve are not total idiots. The President needs to lose his condescending arrogant attitude and realize that he is just another imperfect human. But from what I’ve seen so far I don’t think he is capable of such a personality shift. But I don’t mind saying that I’ve been wrong before, and for the good of the country he needs to do the right thing for the country and not for his own personal gain.

3. Wednesday the outgoing Speaker of the House held a party to celebrate all of their accomplishments over the last 4 years. Well I wonder how hard they are looking at the 2 years before 2008. They controlled Congress and the Left Stream Media worked very hard to crash the economy so that they could take the White House. The biggest problem I have with this so-called celebration is the idea that just passing bills into law is a good thing. So what if they created a bunch of new laws. It is obvious to anyone who lives in reality that their new laws violated the trust of the people. They did however do a very good job of looting the treasury. Ms. Pelosi, Senator Reid, and President Obama legislative agenda was an act of tyranny that violates the Constitution. So we’re suppose to believe that they have done things that are good for the country, when they extended the National Government into areas that, according to the polls, only a small minority of Americans agree should have been passed.

They also seem to feel that they’ve set up the Republican Party to fail. I really believe that the leaders of the Democrat Party believe that they can regain power in 2012 with new candidates that are Progressive to replace the Conservatives that were swept into power this year. The question remains to be: How many American voters will be fooled by the spin (lies) that will flood the Left Stream Media (MSNBC) in the next two years. It also depends on how well the Conservatives stay organized and find better people to spread the true conservative message.

4. The nation of Haiti has slipped into a critical state. The people of the country are suffering the after affects that are far beyond tragic. The health of the people has reached a crisis state. We must pray for these people and do what we can to allow this impoverished nation to rebuild itself. For too long this nation has struggled. It is important to give them the moral support needed to improve their lives. We must temper our response, but these people are facing a crisis, in the form of an epidemic of Cholera, that could take more victims than the initial earthquake. No matter how bad you may think you have it, just remember that you face nothing like the people of Haiti.
